Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period shall expire fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
- Delivery costs (standard shipping) will only be reimbursed if the order is returned in full.
- In the case of partial returns, delivery costs will not be refunded.
- Additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period has expired.
- You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect delivery.
- We do not provide return labels for returns that are not based on defects.
Condition of Returned Goods & Hygiene Seal
Returned goods must be unopened, unused and in their original, intact condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, cellophane wrapping is considered a seal. If this seal has been removed or damaged after delivery, the right of withdrawal expires.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of Withdrawal & Returns
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Samples and promotional items, which are excluded from exchange and return
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal (cellophane) has been removed after delivery
- Goods that are not prefabricated or are clearly personalized
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
